Mentorship Program

Applications are now open and will close midnight May 30 2025. Applications are open to new and emerging artists and are limited to 6 spots only. Each new artist will be paired with an established artist who will advise them on how to prepare for a show and also answer any questions they have about doing an art show.

Fees for emerging artists who are accepted for the tour will be 50.00/person and are payable upon acceptance. There will be no jury fee, but all applications will be reviewed by the committee to ensure the application meets our requirements. The approved applicants will have 5 days to reply and pay their fee or the next artist in line will be offered the space.

New and emerging artists will be provided with a display area, suitable for displaying between 4 and 6 pieces. Lighting is not provided. Spaces will be available for either 1 or both days of the tour, subject to availability.

New and emerging artists are defined as at least 15 years of age (no maximum), have a desire to improve their art work, have had some training in visual art and are currently producing fine art in any medium. There is no restriction to the medium of the art and guidelines can be found by looking at the selection criteria for all artists included in the tour.

We are looking for new and emerging artists who have not been involved in art studio tours prior, or have limited experience in shows.
