Biography

A resident of Oro-Medonte, Debra is a self-taught mixed media artist whose unusual work reflects her continued fascination with texture. Each piece is an intuitively blended composition of diverse elements including metal, wood, stone, crystals, leather and many other intriguing substances and found objects. Combinations of the various media create unique tactile pieces that stimulate the imagination, and she is always searching for new treasures to inspire the joy of experimentation and play. Her work has been displayed in various galleries and shows for over 30 years.
